Business Insights and Technology Consultant - REMOTE

In this dynamic role, you will act as a bridge between client needs and innovative technology solutions, primarily for our new Private Cloud clients. Your input will be crucial in not only understanding but also anticipating the challenges faced by clients, driving real outcomes through your insights and solutions. As you partner closely with global teams, your contributions will help in creating seamless and effective partnerships that exceed expectations. Responsibilities • Take ownership of client technology deliverables, ensuring timely execution and immaculate quality. • Act as the primary liaison for translating complex client requirements into clear technology specifications. • Consult with clients to identify needs and propose innovative technological solutions. • Collaborate with internal technology teams to advocate for clients’ needs. • Support the implementation of technology solutions and enhance client satisfaction. • Identify opportunities for increasing technology adoption among clients. • Design and develop reports and visualizations to meet client requirements. • Stay current with advancements in technology and their application to customer needs. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields. • 5+ years of experience in business analytics and reporting. • Data visualization experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plus. • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and cloud data platforms. • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive business insights. • Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing. • Demonstrated experience in managing client deliverables effectively. • Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships. Nice-to-haves • Data visualization experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.
