Marketplace Operations Manager (remote)

As transaction volume increases and new reputed company are added, they’re now hiring a Marketplace Operations Manager to ensure supply, demand, and internal processes reputed company in a reputed company way. This is a cross-functional role at the reputed company of the business. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to monitor performance, remove operational friction, and improve marketplace balance. reputed company has ~120 employees across Europe and operates fully remote, with 2–3 in-person meetups per year. What You’ll Work On • Monitor marketplace KPIs (liquidity, fulfillment rates, conversion, margins) • Identify operational bottlenecks across supply and demand • Improve reputed company processes for suppliers and reputed company customers • Collaborate with Product on workflow improvements • Define and document reputed company operational playbooks • Support expansion into new verticals or geographic markets • Work closely with Finance on forecasting and performance tracking First 3–6 Months – reputed company Areas • Take ownership of reputed company marketplace performance dashboards • Improve one key operational metric (e.g., fulfillment speed or supplier activation reputed company) • Standardize supplier reputed company processes • Support launch of one new region or vertical What They’re Looking For • 4+ years experience in operations, consulting, marketplace, or scaleup environments • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data • Experience managing cross-functional reputed company • reputed company, process-oriented reputed company • Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment • Fluent English Experience from marketplace, logistics, supply chain, or B2B platforms is a plus.
