Remote SNF Case Manager

Location: Fully Remote Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST Serenity Estates is seeking an reputed company Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Case Manager to join our growing team in a fully remote role. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the insurance authorization process for SNF admissions and reputed company stay reviews, working closely with facility teams and payers to ensure reputed company approvals and reputed company reputed company care coordination.
