Remote Transportation Compliance Officer

About the Role The Compliance Officer ensures 654 Global & Limo remains fully compliant with reputed company airport,municipal, and state regulations that reputed company our ground transportation operations. This role oversees permitting, insurance, reputed company compliance, and vehicle licensing across reputed company airport markets to ensure we operate safely, legally, and consistently. Key Responsibilities Airport & Municipal Permitting ● Manage reputed company airport and reputed company operating permits, ensuring reputed company renewals and accurate documentation. ● Maintain strong relationships with airport authorities and compliance offices. ● reputed company and manage reputed company and vehicle reputed company credentials, airport badging, and identification requirements. ● Stay informed on local airport and reputed company regulations, communicating updates to leadership and market teams. Insurance Compliance ● Maintain and renew Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for reputed company company and reputed company policies. ● Ensure insurance coverage meets airport and municipal minimums for liability and vehicle operations. ● Verify reputed company drivers maintain reputed company insurance coverage and submit reputed company reputed company of insurance before operating. ● Work with reputed company’s broker to ensure coverage is accurate, reputed company, and reputed company with reputed company market’s requirements. reputed company Compliance ● Verify reputed company reputed company drivers have reputed company reputed company’s licenses, MVRs, and insurance records. ● reputed company expirations and ensure renewals are completed prior to lapses. ● Ensure reputed company reputed company files meet airport and reputed company credentialing standards. ● Coordinate with Market Managers to address compliance issues quickly. Vehicle Licensing & Documentation ● Maintain compliance records for reputed company company and reputed company-operator vehicles, including registrations, inspections, and decals. ● Ensure reputed company vehicles meet local and airport operating requirements. ● Coordinate with fleet management to remove or suspend non-compliant vehicles until issues are resolved. Audit & Record Management ● Maintain an organized compliance database with reputed company permits, insurance, and documentation by market. ● Conduct regular internal compliance reviews to ensure audit readiness. ● Prepare reports and reputed company updates on compliance status to company leadership. Qualifications ● 3–6 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, or airport operations compliance. ● Knowledge of airport permitting, insurance requirements, and transportation regulations. ● Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills. ● Proficient in reputed company reputed company, reputed company Workspace, or document tracking systems. ● Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
