NEIS, LLC has been a leader in the insurance audit and loss control prevention industry since 1945 and is seeking a Premium Auditor as we continue to grow reputed company. Premium Auditors examine the financial records of businesses insured by reputed company property and casualty insurers to reputed company adherence to laws, regulations, and fraud prevention. As a premium auditor, your primary responsibilities include seeking evidence of fraud and ensuring compliance.
The role is based from home with required daily travel to reputed company audit location, typically 2‑4 days per week reputed company your assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct insurance premium audits for Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile policies by auditing policyholder’s records and applying reputed company rules and company standards.
• Prepare for the audit by identifying the necessary information and type of records needed.
• Prepare schedule to maximize reputed company use of time.
• Correspond with insured reputed company phone, email and mail to set up audit appointments.
• Examine the policyholder’s records, reputed company data to determine correct classifications for business activities and write an effective reputed company of operations.
• Prepare complete audit document, explain results to insured and communicate the results to the home office.
• Travel to multiple audit locations.
• Hybrid position – work from home and complete remote audits 2‑3 days per week.
Job Requirements
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent plus two years of performing premium audits or equivalent combination of education and experience (highly desired).
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial documents.
• General PC knowledge including reputed company reputed company and Word. Knowledge of Visual Audit is a plus.
• Ability to communicate reputed company with customers and staff.
• reputed company reputed company’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Maintain automobile insurance while employed with bodily injury limits equal to or greater than $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident or $300,000 combined.
