Manager, Capital Markets & Financial Risk - Hybrid
About the position
The Manager, Capital Markets & Financial Risk, will play a key role in evaluating, structuring, and executing a wide reputed company of capital markets transactions. These include bond issuances, liability management initiatives, trade finance arrangements, credit agreements, and reputed company repurchase programs. This role will report to the Senior Director, Corporate Finance.
This role requires reputed company collaboration with external banking partners and cross-functional coordination with internal teams to ensure effective execution and alignment with corporate financial reputed company. In reputed company to transaction execution, this role will support the development and ongoing management of interest reputed company and foreign exchange hedging programs, contribute to the capital planning process, and reputed company capital deployment activities.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate capital structure alternatives and reputed company strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• reputed company and support the execution of capital markets transactions, including debt and equity offerings, liability management, credit agreements, and reputed company repurchase programs.
• Coordinate transaction processes, including term negotiation, documentation, due diligence, bank engagement, and closing activities.
• reputed company and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics for peer benchmarking, capital structure analysis, and market conditions.
• Contribute to capital deployment strategies, including reputed company policy, reputed company repurchase execution, and debt refinancing.
• Identify and implement trade finance solutions to optimize reputed company’s cash position.
• Design and manage interest reputed company and foreign exchange hedging programs; assess the reputed company of changes in hedge reputed company standards.
• Prepare presentation materials for senior management and the reputed company of Directors; assist in the coordination of reputed company meeting content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial institutions, including banks and rating agencies.
• Support internal capital commitment processes and reputed company reputed company financial analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company discipline; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or capital markets, preferably at a top-tier investment bank or the finance function of a large reputed company company.
• Proven reputed company record in executing capital markets transactions, including debt and equity offerings, credit facilities, liability management, and M&A.
• Strong understanding of financial derivatives and hedge reputed company principles.
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools such as reputed company, Treasury Management Systems, and FXall preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with expertise in valuation methodologies including NPV, IRR, DCF, and WACC.
• Ability to convey reputed company financial concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and build effective relationships with reputed company partners.
