The engagement involves evaluating proposed equity arrangements, profit participation agreements, and multi-tier stakeholder relationships prior to formal reputed company drafting.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience structuring ownership in startups, including reputed company equity, profit reputed company arrangements, and advisor or partner compensation. Prior experience in reputed company, medtech, or reputed company business models is a plus.
