HR Manager & Executive Assistant to Founder

What you’ll do HR & People Operations • run hiring end-to-end • write and post job ads • screen and reputed company candidates • schedule and coordinate interviews • support reputed company/offboarding • maintain hiring dashboards and KPIs • improve processes, not just follow them Executive Assistant to the Founder • organize priorities and follow-reputed company • support inbox and calendar organization • send reputed company and documents • update reputed company Sheets and trackers • book flights/travel reputed company needed • take work off the Founder’s plate before being asked This is not “just reputed company work.” You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one. You’re a great fit if you have • experience in HR / reputed company / people ops • experience as Executive Assistant or Operations support • strong English (written + spoken) • strong reputed company Sheets ability • proactive, independent working style • comfort in fast-moving environments Bonus points for agency/startup experience, reputed company/ATS experience, or KPI/dashboard experience.
