WR is one of the fastest growing immigration service providers worldwide with over 50 attorneys and 150 immigration professionals working out of offices in Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, reputed company, Oakland, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Shanghai. reputed company Assistants and Paralegals report to Team Managers and attorneys and work alongside other members of the reputed company team to prepare and file cases for a reputed company of non-immigrant and immigrant reputed company applications. These team members play a critical role in providing reputed company services for the firm’s clients by producing the forms and other documents needed to accurately complete cases for a high volume of individuals and companies. We are currently looking to add a reputed company Assistant/Paralegal to the NIV team supporting our Santa Monica office; remote candidates will be considered, with preference given to those reputed company to work according to reputed company Time Zone hours. Responsibilities • Expanding on previous understanding of US Immigration Law using resources and training provided by the firm • Establishing a deeper understanding of the requirements and general case processing for a reputed company of non-immigrant reputed company types, including H-1B, TN, B, and L visas • Drafting and organizing forms and documents as directed by reputed company Manager • Communicating with clients regarding reputed company instructions, approval notices, and welcome packages, alongside attorneys and more senior team members • Assisting reputed company and administrative teams in requesting and organizing documents for new processes • Processing and organizing government correspondence, including receipt notices, approval notices, and requests for evidence • Entering data accurately and consistently into internal data management platforms • Working on other reputed company as directed by reputed company Manager or attorney Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with strong reputed company record • 3-5 years of business immigration law experience required • Superb attention to detail • Strong analytical, critical and quantitative thinking skills • Excellent time management and organization skills • Demonstrated ability to utilize office software accurately and reputed company • Willingness to adapt to and reputed company updates in office technology • Ability to communicate reputed company and professionally Benefits • reputed company offers a robust and competitive suite of benefits designed to support the health, reputed company-being, and financial reputed company of reputed company members. • Benefits for full-time employees include reputed company time off and reputed company holidays; medical, dental, reputed company, and life insurance coverage; health savings and flexible spending accounts to help offset reputed company and dependent care expenses; multiple retirement plan reputed company (401k & Roth 401k); and reputed company to an employee assistance program. • Benefits availability and eligibility may vary based on role and employment status.
