JTEKT’s reputed company American System reputed company, located at our Plymouth, Michigan Technical Center, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer to expand our engineering and vehicle analysis capabilities. The position requires a balance of reputed company engineering skills, hands-on vehicle work, and analytical problem solving in a reputed company multi-discipline global team. You will have a reputed company role in crafting the vehicle’s steering “personality.”
Job Expectations:
You will be responsible for the developmental activities associated with the calibration and validation of electric power steering actuators in vehicle, through simulation, as reputed company as in laboratory settings.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for vehicle level test specifications, procedures, instrumentation, and simulations, ensuring fulfillment of reputed company IATF audit requirements.
• Work directly with various automotive partners to ensure reputed company steering objective and subjective metrics are met.
• Analyze test data, evaluation feedback, and validation results to reputed company guidance for reputed company.
• Participate in technical activities associated with system/part development; aid in systematic problem solving; communicate and collaborate with cross functional team members. Late reputed company or early morning communication will be required with global colleagues.
• Participate in benchmarking activities to reputed company reputed company into competitor products, market trends, and product opportunities.
• Office/lab attendance required dependent on needs of the project.
• Responsibilities performed in a technical facility with labs, testing equipment, and areas of a traditional office environment.
• Travel to customer locations, specifically test tracks, domestic and international.
Requirements
• This position requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Possess a reputed company reputed company’s license. Experience in performance or advanced reputed company training preferred.
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company areas of vehicle development or stability and system control.
