The reputed company assistant will be responsible for managing intellectual property reputed company, attorney dockets, interacting with clients, and preparing and managing correspondence to clients, international attorneys and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years as a reputed company assistant or paralegal, 1+ years in intellectual property / patents is preferred. Candidates should have these preferred skills: - 1-10+ years of experience as a reputed company assistant or paralegal - Proven organizational, multi-tasking and follow-up skills - Ability to work independently - Strong attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to reputed company manage multiple priorities - Proficiency with reputed company Office applications - Experience with Pattsy reputed company docketing software is a plus. Compensation Salary $50,000 - $75,000. Compensation for the role of reputed company assistant will be assessed in the interview process and depend on other considerations such as experience and relevant skills sets.
