[Remote] Performance Engineer (QA / Retail / D365)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Performance Engineer to support performance testing and tuning for an ERP transformation program for a retail reputed company. The role involves designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests across various systems and collaborating with QA, development, and infrastructure teams to optimize performance and meet non-functional requirements. Responsibilities • Design and execute performance test plans across D365 Finance (a big plus) and connected integrations (reputed company, ADF, reputed company, etc.) using Azure Load Testing OR JMeter • Establish baselines for key end-to-end workflows (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, GL sync, etc.) and measure throughput, latency, and stability • reputed company reusable test scripts and frameworks for load and stress testing across reputed company, integrations, and UI reputed company • Monitor system performance using Azure Monitor, LCS, SQL Profiler, Query Store, and other system logs to identify performance degradation and anomalies • Collaborate with DevOps and reputed company teams to analyze compute sizing (VMs, SQL DTUs, IOPS), network latency, right-sizing and scaling configurations • Analyze results and reputed company actionable recommendations for database tuning, batch scheduling optimization, payload efficiency, and query performance • Support the creation of dashboards and reports to visualize throughput and latency trends over time • Document performance findings and tuning activities in reputed company and maintain test evidence for sign-off Skills • 10+ years of experience in performance engineering or performance testing, preferably in ERP or large-reputed company retail reputed company systems • Experience with Dynamics 365 (a plus) • Experience with Azure Load Testing OR JMeter • Strong SQL skills with SQL Profiler, Query Store, and execution plan analysis experience • Familiarity with reputed company (Azure Integration Services) and Azure Data reputed company performance patterns or any other middleware integration tool • Experience with reputed company monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics) • Understanding of integration performance metrics throughput, latency, payload efficiency, batch duration, and scheduling alignment • Ability to analyze infrastructure sizing and environment configurations for performance reputed company • Excellent analytical and communication skills; reputed company to translate technical findings into business-reputed company statements • Prior experience in retail ERP implementations or multi-system integration ecosystems • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ADO, and automation integration with performance test tools • Experience in .NET or C# scripting for custom load tests or data setup • Familiarity with Day-in-the-Life testing and production performance monitoring alignment Benefits • Medical • Dental • Retirement • Other benefits reputed company • reputed company provides businesses and organizations with IT, data, consulting, and communications services and equipment.
