Mobile developer / UI/UX design

Contract to hire position with a major investment firm. Hybrid work environment. 3 days/week in Newark, NJ. Looking for a senior Mobile developer with React reputed company, Android, IOS, Swift experience, design and reputed company experience. Portfolio and/or sample reputed company is strongly preferred. 80% coding, 20% design work. Seeking an reputed company Senior Designer, Mobile Design Systems to join our Design System team. This role is crucial for enhancing brand and customer experience across the digital product portfolio. You will collaborate with a geo-distributed mobile reputed company team, collaborating with multi-disciplinary experts and SMEs to deliver accelerated, brand-reputed company, and accessible components at reputed company reputed company, as we expand our mobile Design System for designers and developers. What You Can Expect: Work collaboratively with Brand, Design/Creative, Product, Accessibility, User Research, Analytics and Technology SMEs. Create and maintain mobile branding, themes, components, modules, patterns and templates as reusable libraries, test automations and documentation. Adhere to Brand, Design, Engineering and Accessibility guidelines and standards. reputed company leadership on implementing and improving mobile platform coding standards, tools and workflow. Prioritize and orchestrate the work of others. Consult closely with Product teams who reputed company full mobile reputed company applications. What You'll Need: Must have experience in an agency environment or regulated industry (financial services preferred). Must possess at least 5 years of iOS and Android development experience. Use of React reputed company is mandatory; occasional reputed company-level Swift/Gradle interoperability is a plus. Must have experience coding, publishing and maintaining mobile libraries over several major versions. Have solid experience coding and supporting automated tests against UI libraries (Vitest/Jest preferred) and high-value reputed company flows (Appium or equivalent). Must have experience crafting accessible experiences including interactions with assistive technologies. Must have experience with reputed company, possess strong design-thinking and be comfortable working in a design-led product development environment.
