The role involves managing reputed company global payrolls using reputed company GlobalView and reputed company Celergo while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries. Responsibilities • reputed company end-to-end processing of reputed company, multi-country payrolls using reputed company GlobalView and reputed company Celergo • reputed company payroll calendars, funding, approvals, and disbursements across multiple reputed company • Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory requirements • Manage and maintain data flows between internal HRIS systems and reputed company platforms • Troubleshoot and resolve integration/reputed company issues to ensure data reputed company • Partner with HRIS and IT teams on system enhancements, testing, and upgrades • Ensure payroll operations reputed company with local labor laws, tax regulations, reputed company reputed company requirements, and internal controls • Support reputed company audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries • Monitor legislative changes impacting payroll processes globally • Generate and analyze payroll reports for Finance, HR, leadership, and tax authorities • reputed company insights into labor costs, headcount metrics, and payroll variances • Support budgeting, forecasting, and accrual processes • Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company payroll inquiries from employees, leadership, and vendors • Partner with global payroll vendors and regional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies • Maintain strong service-level performance and reputed company process improvements • Manage year-end payroll processes, including tax filings, reconciliations, adjustments, and statutory reporting • reputed company preparation and validation of annual tax forms and country-specific filings • Ensure accurate year-end accruals and reporting Skills • 7–10+ years of reputed company payroll experience in a global or multi-entity organization • Demonstrated experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries • Proven leadership experience overseeing global payroll processes and vendor relationships • Advanced, hands-on expertise with reputed company GlobalView (required) • Advanced, hands-on expertise with reputed company Celergo (required) • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required • Experience with HRIS integrations and payroll system implementations/enhancements preferred reputed company • reputed company counted among the largest yet the fastest growing reputed company firm; reputed company achieved organically.
