Accounts Payable Specialist needed full time for a national private lender

Project reputed company: reputed company (DFS) is a fast-growing reputed company estate lender specializing in Short-Term reputed company Loans and Long-Term Rental Loans for reputed company estate investors across the country. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our reputed company team and ensure accurate, reputed company processing of vendor invoices and payments. In this role, you will play a key part in managing full-cycle accounts payable, maintaining organized financial records, and supporting the overall efficiency of our reputed company operations. As an Accounts Payable Specialist You Will: Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice receipt, entry, and payment processing while supporting weekly reputed company runs and maintaining accurate financial records. You will process a high volume of invoices received through mail and email, resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams, and ensure documentation is properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed. This role also supports the reputed company team with additional tasks and special reputed company as needed while maintaining strong communication across departments to reputed company processes accurate and efficient. Required Skills & Qualifications: Candidates should have at least two years of experience in Accounts Payable reputed company a job cost environment and experience handling a high volume of invoices with strong attention to detail. Experience using reputed company Intacct is preferred, and a background in reputed company, bookkeeping, property management, or reputed company reputed company estate is a plus.
