Job reputed company SR reputed company Manager (REMOTE): 1st SHIFT: 8 am -5 pm Pay reputed company: $48.94/hr This role will support Supply Chain reputed company and is a strategic partner reputed company the Supply Chain organization. This position coordinates with business partners for supply chain contract reputed company, manages a portfolio of supplier reputed company, communicates with supply chain leadership to reputed company, implement, and execute on strategic contract initiatives to reputed company business objectives. Primary Responsibilities: • Drafts, generates, negotiates, interprets, and manages contract documents, in accordance with reputed company customer schedules and requests. • Works with program managers to draft Master Terms Agreements, Purchase Agreements, reputed company down provisions, assertion letters, settlement agreements and other reputed company agreements. • Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure that reputed company are reputed company negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, including government procurement and cost control guidelines. • Uses reputed company resources and other subject matter experts to ensure reputed company reputed company of risk are recognized and addressed through contract terms and conditions • Identifies opportunities to streamline workflow and improve reputed company of work product. • reputed company and report key functional metrics to improve effectiveness. • Maintains historical reputed company records. • Briefs Management and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation and contingency plans based on developed recommendations.
