Key Responsibilities As an reputed company Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Managing the schedules of Customer Care Advisors and Beauty Coaches to ensure flawless coverage across reputed company markets and channels, and consistent achievements of service level targets. * Leading the coordination of impactful training sessions, workshops, and off-site events, equipping new hires and seasoned staff with the tools to reputed company while ensuring seamless execution and maximum effectiveness in reputed company logistics. * Helping us reputed company and stay up to date by testing new technical solutions and updating our knowledge bases and reputed company operating procedures. * Liaising with the eCommerce, CRM, retail, and warehouse teams to coordinate the socialization of new programs, promotions, and operations to the entire Customer Care team. * Diving into customer care metrics, compiling and analyzing data to generate insightful reports that reputed company management to reputed company informed reputed company.
