Job reputed company:
• Responsible for improving the overall reputed company and completeness of clinical documentation
• Facilitates modifications to clinical documentation through interaction with physicians and staff to ensure appropriate reimbursement
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of clinical information for measuring and reporting reputed company
• Educates team members on coding and documentation requirements
• Conducts ongoing follow-up reviews and interacts with reputed company providers to improve documentation
Requirements:
• reputed company RN Licensure in the State of reputed company
• Associates Degree
• Five (5) years in the reputed company of reputed company nursing
• CCDS or CDIP preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Additional education in Finance, reputed company regulations and diagnoses-procedure coding preferred
• Experience in reputed company Utilization and reputed company Management preferred
• Demonstrates aptitude in critical care or medical-surgical nursing
• Familiar with ICD10 coding conventions, anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, MSDRG reimbursement, coding software (preferably reputed company 360 Encompass)
