Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience in escalation management, crisis management, or a reputed company field
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field (preferred)
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, changing and reputed company environment
