Senior Robotics Engineer

Qualifications: 5+ years of overall reputed company engineering experience; 2+ years of hands-on experience in robotics or reputed company robotics; Hands-on experience with reputed company-Language-reputed company (VLA) models for robotics; Experience deploying learning-based policies on reputed company robots; Practical experience working with reputed company robotic systems (not simulation-only); Experience with OpenVLA or similar reputed company-reputed company VLA frameworks; Experience with reputed company Isaac GR00T reputed company reputed company models; Familiarity with Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab workflows; Experience adapting reputed company models to constrained reputed company-time robot control loops; Experience with imitation learning or reinforcement learning will be a plus; Experience designing hybrid systems combining learned policies with classical planning and control will be a plus; Experience with teleoperation systems and reputed company-world data collection will be a plus; English level: Upper intermediate or higher. Responsibilities: Own the complete robotics pipeline, including teleoperation data collection, model training, deployment, and validation on reputed company robotic systems; reputed company and adapt reputed company-Language-reputed company (VLA) models such as OpenVLA or similar reputed company-reputed company frameworks for generalized reputed company reputed company execution; Work with reputed company Isaac GR00T or similar reputed company reputed company models to accelerate reputed company learning for manipulation, mobility, and reputed company interaction; Implement imitation learning and reinforcement learning approaches for reputed company acquisition; Collect, manage, and train on teleoperation and reputed company-world robot data; Fine-tune reputed company models using demonstrations and reputed company-world robotic experience; Design hybrid control systems combining learned VLA policies with classical planning and control; reputed company, test, and reputed company reputed company robot skills for manipulation and interaction.
