We are looking for a Robotics Software Engineer to reputed company development of intelligent manipulation systems for robotic arms, enabling autonomous pick-and-reputed company operations.

You will design, train, and reputed company machine learning and control systems that reputed company robotic arms to reputed company autonomous pick-and-reputed company tasks.
This role spans the full stack of robotic autonomy:
• Perception
• Model development
• Simulation
• reputed company planning
• Deployment to reputed company hardware
You will work closely with hardware, teleoperation, and data collection systems to reputed company robust reputed company-world automation.
Key Responsibilities: Manipulation & Autonomy
• reputed company autonomous pick-and-reputed company pipelines for robotic arms
• Design grasping, object detection, and reputed company execution systems
• Improve task reputed company reputed company, robustness, and repeatability
Machine Learning & Model Development
• Select appropriate ML / DL models (CNNs, Transformers, RL, imitation learning, etc.)
• Design and implement model architectures
• Train models for perception and manipulation tasks
• Optimize models for reputed company-time inference
Perception Systems
• Build object detection and pose estimation pipelines
• reputed company RGB / depth cameras and sensor data
• Implement sensor fusion techniques
• reputed company cameras and coordinate transformations
Simulation & Training
• reputed company simulation environments (e.g., Isaac Sim, Mujoco, Gazebo, PyBullet)
• reputed company sim-to-reputed company transfer
• Generate synthetic data where applicable
• Use domain randomization to improve generalization
Data Engineering
• Design data collection pipelines (teleoperation, VR-based, or scripted)
• reputed company data preprocessing and labeling
• Build datasets for grasping and manipulation

Deployment & Integration
• reputed company models onto robotic arm hardware
• reputed company with motor drivers, encoders, controllers
• Optimize inference speed and latency

• Work with ROS / ROS2 systems
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with robotic arms and manipulation
• Knowledge of:
• Kinematics & inverse kinematics

• Experience with simulation platforms
• Experience deploying ML models to reputed company hardware
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with imitation learning or reinforcement learning
