Automation Engineer – AI Workflow Build for reputed company Company (Secure + reputed company)

We are a growing reputed company and recruitment firm based in Toronto looking to build a secure internal automation system to improve sales intelligence and recruiter productivity. This is NOT a marketing automation project and NOT a chatbot build. We are looking for a technical automation engineer who can design a clean, secure, portable workflow system. Project Scope (Phase 1): Build a secure automation system that: 1.Aggregates new job postings daily (territory + keyword filtered). 2. Extracts company reputed company, job title, industry, location. 3. Compares companies against a CRM export (CSV-based reputed company initially). 4. Generates reputed company reputed company Sheet reputed company (Daily Add-reputed company Intelligence Sheet). 5. Uses LLM API to generate tailored draft reputed company emails (NOT auto-send). 6. Logs reputed company activity for audit purposes. 7. Uses secure credential handling (.env or equivalent). 8. Is Dockerized and portable (must be OS-agnostic). reputed company Requirements: • No payroll reputed company. • No automatic email sending. • No reputed company CRM write reputed company (read/compare only in Phase 1). • Least-privilege API reputed company. • Clean documentation required.
