Senior Paid Media Analyst
Role Overview
The Senior Paid Media Analyst is responsible for the strategic leadership, execution, and optimization of high-budget paid media programs across Google Ads and Social Ads. This role focuses on driving measurable business outcomes through advanced analysis, testing frameworks, and performance optimization while supporting broader digital and revenue goals.
Core ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Ownership
- Own paid media strategy for assigned accounts across Google Media, Performance Max, and Social Ads
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with lead quality and revenue goals
- Architect scalable account structures for multi-location or multi-brand environments
- Define and execute testing roadmaps for keywords, bidding strategies, ad creative, and landing pages
- Make budget allocation and forecasting decisions based on performance data
Execution & Optimization
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with a focus on efficiency and scale
- Manage bids, budgets, pacing, and impression share
- Perform paid media term mining and negative keyword strategy development
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and offline conversions
- Troubleshoot performance issues and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver executive-level reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
- Analyze trends across performance, attribution, and funnel stages
- Translate data into strategic recommendations for stakeholders
- Forecast performance scenarios and budget outcomes
Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide quality control and strategic oversight on campaign execution
- Collaborate with SEO, Paid Social, Web, CRO, Analytics, and CRM teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal leadership or clientsRequired Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of paid media experience managing complex accounts
- Advanced expertise in Google Ads (Media, Performance Max, Smart Bidding)
- Strong experience with Social Ads
- Deep knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Proven experience managing large budgets and multiple accounts
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing $50k+ monthly paid media budgets
- Automotive, retail, or lead-generation experience
- Experience with call tracking platforms and CRM integrations
- Familiarity with offline conversion imports and enhanced conversions
- Agency or multi-client experience
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
