• Facilitate strategic partnerships and communication among stakeholders to resolve conflicts and reputed company priorities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• 8+ years in technical roles reputed company software development organizations
• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager managing large, reputed company initiatives
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of TPMs or Program Managers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (MBA or Master's preferred)
• Strong technical background with experience in reputed company platforms, CI/CD, and SDLC practices
