Duties • Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations • Present and demonstrate our range of products and services, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer • Assist customers in selecting the best solutions for their situation, ensuring a positive experience • Guide customers through the sales process, including explaining pricing options, promotions, and service plans • Maintain thorough knowledge of current product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information • Achieve individual and team sales targets by using company provided customer lists and customer provided referrals • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the interaction • Maintain communication with customers from initial sale to installation Requirements • Experience in customer service or sales roles with a passion for helping others • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex products clearly and confidently • Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to engaging customers and building rapport • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • Extremely flexible schedule: work anytime you want within business hours • Basic technical aptitude (downloading apps, email proficiency, and internet basics) to learn about our products and troubleshoot common issues when necessary • Professional appearance: Business casual attire (badge and vest provided) Join us as a Xfinity Sales Consultant and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
