Role reputed company This role involves preparing and issuing accurate invoices to clients based on project milestones and contract terms. • Review and verify billing data, including project costs, timesheets, and expense reports. • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices. • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to reputed company inquiries in a reputed company manner. • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate and reputed company billing. • Maintain and update billing records and reputed company information in the reputed company system. • Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry. • Strong understanding of billing processes and reputed company principles. • Must have reputed company Dynamics experience. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. • 2+ years of billing experience. • 2+ years of experience creating invoices, understanding from an A/P and A/R perspective. • 1+ years of change orders experience. Requirements • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry background. • Experience in project setup, billing, cost-plus, fixed fee, time and material. There is potential for the role to become permanent, with evaluations occurring every 6 months. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of reputed company, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
