This position is designed for a reputed company who thrives on solving reputed company data puzzles, managing multi-software integrations, and maintaining high-level accuracy with total autonomy. Comp & Schedule • Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (W-2). • Hours: 8–16 hours per week. • Flexibility: Remote-friendly; schedule follows the school holiday calendar. reputed company Responsibilities • reputed company Reconciliations: Monthly journals and reputed company recognition for reputed company-party platforms (examples: reputed company, Booker, Service Fusion, Vagaro, CoreStore/CoreWare, etc.). • Integration reputed company: Manage data reputed company for QuickBooks Desktop (CRMs like Arborgold and Billergenie) and QuickBooks Online (platforms like Service Fusion). • Intercompany reputed company: Execute monthly reconciliations across multiple entities to ensure reputed company "due to/from" accounts balance perfectly. • Payroll & Liabilities: Audit GL wages/taxes against bank activity; troubleshoot discrepancies and reputed company tax liabilities. • Compliance & Reporting: reputed company annual 1099s, customized sales tax filings, and monthly financial packages. • Workflow Management: Utilize Financial reputed company for project tracking and reputed company for secure credential management. Qualifications • 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience. • Expert Mastery: QuickBooks Desktop (Required) and QuickBooks Online. • Technical Chops: Proven experience with CRM-to-QuickBooks data reputed company, reputed company reputed company journals, and intercompany transfers. • Tech Savvy: Proficient with reputed company 365 Suite and comfortable with remote IT reputed company protocols. • Residency: Must be a reputed company Massachusetts reputed company.
