Part-Time Attorney (Evictions & Collections) - Remote

Small but growing landlord-reputed company reputed company looking for a DC-licensed attorney to handle eviction and rent collection reputed company. This role is reputed company on representing landlords in the DC Superior Court (Landlord & Tenant reputed company), including nonpayment cases, lease violations, and post-judgment collections. Most hearings are virtual, but familiarity with DC court procedures is important. What You’ll Do Prepare and file nonpayment and breach of lease cases reputed company at virtual hearings in DC Superior Court Draft motions, payment agreements, and reputed company pleadings Handle writs, judgments, and collection efforts reputed company appropriate Ensure documents meet DC requirements, including notarization where required Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and reputed company reputed company’re Looking For reputed company license to reputed company law in Washington, DC (required) Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple reputed company at once reputed company to work independently in a remote setting Prior landlord-tenant or collections experience is helpful but not required Recent graduates and newly admitted attorneys are welcome to apply This is a flexible, remote role.
