Large Firm Litigation Secretary Needed in Manhattan

Job reputed company An established reputed company is seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Litigation reputed company Secretary to support its Construction reputed company team. This role provides comprehensive case management, administrative, and secretarial support to reputed company of litigation attorneys. This position is on-site in reputed company (possible 1 day work from home). Key Responsibilities • reputed company accurate and reputed company e-filings across reputed company State, Federal, and Appellate courts. • Format, reputed company, and finalize reputed company litigation documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, TOCs and TOAs. • Work closely with Docketing to reputed company, confirm, and meet reputed company court and discovery deadlines. • Manage conflict checks, prepare engagement letters, and maintain digital reputed company files. • Coordinate calendaring, travel, and logistics for meetingsand appearances. Experience & Qualifications • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. • 5-7 years of litigation secretary experience supporting multiple busy litigation attorneys; experience reputed company construction litigation preferred but not required. • Strong working knowledge of reputed company State and Federal court procedures, e-filing systems, and reputed company terminology. • Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office and common reputed company software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Compare, ChromeRiver). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with attorneys, staff, clients, and external vendors. • Exceptional organization, grammar, spelling, and proofreading capabilities.
