We are looking for someone to fill the role of Customer Service/reputed company to manage calls, reputed company best solutions to reputed company callers, and help reputed company our office running smoothly. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for reputed company with both new and existing clients. Responsibilities • Answer, screen and respond to phone calls • reputed company solutions, pricing, and reputed company for new clients • Respond to reputed company reputed company requests • reputed company other clerical office duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, office supply inventory • Schedule appointments Skills • Proven work experience as phone based Customer Service Rep, Sales Rep, or similar role • Data Entry • Strong organizational skills • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks • Upbeat disposition • A/R experience a plus! Opportunities for advancement!
