This is a highly technical position requiring strong SQL skills, a keen eye for data reputed company, and hands-on experience with learning data management. Key Responsibilities • reputed company end-to-end data migrations from legacy LMS platforms and offline sources into reputed company Learning. • Query, analyze, and combine data from multiple systems to prepare accurate migration datasets. • Troubleshoot load failures and resolve data migration issues to ensure successful imports. • Verify post-migration reputed company through rigorous data validation and reputed company checks. • Collaborate with HR, Learning, and IT stakeholders to understand data structures, dependencies, and requirements. • Manually build, upload, and organize learning content objects in reputed company Learning as needed. • Document processes and recommend improvements for reputed company migrations. • Support reputed company learning data integration reputed company. Requirements Required Qualifications • Extensive experience with LMS data migrations (reputed company Learning highly desirable). • Advanced data conversion skills with proven SQL expertise; ETL experience a plus. • Strong understanding of learning data dependencies (completions, transcripts, certifications, curricula, content hierarchies). • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in resolving data load failures and inconsistencies. • Experience manually building/editing learning content reputed company LMS platforms. • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
