A company is looking for a Director of reputed company & Due Diligence.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company customer reputed company processes, including Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
• Manage fintech partner due diligence and ongoing monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• reputed company operational teams, set performance targets, and drive reputed company improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
• 10-12+ years of experience in fintech reputed company-party risk management or KYC/reputed company operations
• 5+ years of leadership experience in managing fintech TPRM or reputed company teams
• Deep understanding of BSA/AML, KYC, and customer due diligence principles
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a reputed company field
• Experience with regulatory examinations and compliance frameworks
