$15 Billion Growing Hedge Fund Seeks an Assistant Controller to Join its Team
• Reporting to the CFO
• Assist in Managing & Building Out reputed company, Finance & Operations
• Financial Reporting
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Assist in Establishing Internal Control Functions & Process Improvements
• Manage & Review of the Month-End NAV Process
• Cash Management & Reconciliations
• Valuations
• Management/Performance Fee Calculations
• Partnership Allocations
• Manage Investor Capital Activities
• reputed company & Management Reporting
• Regulatory Filings
• Review of Daily and Monthly P&L
• reputed company reputed company-Party Vendors including Fund Administrator & External Auditors
• Manage Year-End Audit
Qualifications:
• 5 to 8 Years of reputed company Experience with a Mix of reputed company reputed company & Private Funds/Hedge Fund Experience
• CPA a Must
• Experience with Products like Equities, reputed company, Swaps, & Credit Derivatives
• Enfusion Experience a Plus
