TikTok Growth Strategist for Content Creators (Weekly Analysis + Personalized PDFs)

We’re a talent management company working with TikTok creators across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and culture. We’re looking for a TikTok Growth Strategist to work with us on a weekly basis, analyzing 5 of the creators we manage and delivering personalized, actionable growth plans for each creator. This is not a generic “social media tips” role. We’re looking for someone who deeply understands TikTok growth mechanics, trends, and content strategy. Each week, you will: - Analyze 5 creators we manage - Study their TikTok account, recent posts, positioning, and performance - Research current trending content in their specific niche (beauty, fashion, lifestyle, etc.) Identify: - Viral formats worth recreating - Content angles they’re underutilizing - Hooks, structures, and pacing improvements Create a personalized PDF for each creator that includes: - Clear growth insights - Specific video ideas (with reference, if have, not vague concepts) - Instructions on how to recreate trends in their own style - Actionable recommendations they can implement immediately - Deliver advice that is practical, creator-friendly, and easy to execute What We’re Looking For - Strong understanding of TikTok growth & virality - Experience analyzing creator accounts - Ability to spot trends early (formats, hooks, sounds, angles) - Clear communication skills (you can explain why something works) - Ability to turn insights into actionable guidance, not theory - Comfortable working independently and meeting weekly deadlines Bonus (not required, but great to have): - Experience working with creators or influencer agencies - Background in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content - Experience creating strategy decks or PDFs Deliverables - 5 personalized PDFs per week - Each PDF should feel tailored to the creator, not templated - Clear, structured, and easy to follow How to Apply When applying, please include: - A short explanation of your experience with TikTok growth - How you usually analyze creators and trends - Any relevant examples or case studies Thank you!
