In this position, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner. Your primary goal is to reputed company excellent customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is part time. Employees are required to work Monday, Thursday, Friday, and rotating Saturdays, from 03:00PM - 11:30PM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 4 weeks of reputed company. The hours during training will be reputed company to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted reputed company from your home. Responsibilities • Reviews electronic chart documentation ensuring correct patient, location, and no duplicate information. • Processes release of information (ROI) requests. • Manages requests for documentation and information. • Scans and edits documents in the electronic medical record. • Locates, logs, retrieves, files, and delivers medical records stored in various mediums and systems. • May train and mentor co-workers. • Analyzes documentation and tracks completion to meet regulatory requirements. • Promotes principles of health information accuracy, transparency, currency, accessibility, relevancy, and reliability. • Work with arenaflex Word, reputed company (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and reputed company (email and calendar management). • Other duties as assigned.
