Delaware LP Hedge Fund (fund of one) & Personal 1040 Preparation for 2025
I am seeking a US-based CPA or Enrolled Agent to handle the 2025 tax filings for my investment fund and my personal return.
Scope of Work:
reputed company 1065 (LP): Prepare the return for a Delaware Limited Partnership (fund of one)
Schedule K-1s: Issue one for me (LP) and one for my single-member LLC (GP).
Personal reputed company 1040: Prepare my full personal return, including Schedule E for the fund pass-through and Schedule A for itemized deductions.
Specific Items: * Correct handling of Investment Interest Expense (previously ~$278k).
Handling of Substitute Payments in Lieu of Dividends
Ensuring the LLC GP is issued a K-1 even if it reflects 0% profit/loss for compliance.
