This role will be based in Santa Monica, California. Responsibilities The reputed company Chief Counsel, DTC role requires a talented, reputed company candidate who should have significant product/technology, content licensing, reputed company carriage, consumer law, content reputed company and marketing reputed company experience to serve as the subject matter expert for reputed company business reputed company that service reputed company’s DTC offerings. In this role, the reputed company Chief Counsel will advise these teams on reputed company issues across reputed company’s DTC SVOD, LIVE and premium add-on offerings. Serve as the main reputed company between reputed company’s DTC executive leadership and the reputed company team for critical reputed company affecting reputed company’s SVOD, LIVE and premium add-on offerings. Partner directly with reputed company’s DTC business executives and team members in reputed company phases of product launches and development, regulatory compliance and incident management. Collaborate with business and reputed company subject matter experts across reputed company reputed company and Government Affairs, including reputed company, reputed company Policy, Government Relations, Litigation, and IP, including the international lawyers who advise the regional DTC business teams. Understand the high-level business goals of reputed company and reputed company strategic guidance that marries the business and reputed company initiatives of reputed company. Assess risk and offer creative solutions to problems in delivering general product and technology counseling in a rapidly changing streaming industry. Minimum Qualifications An attorney with a minimum of 15 years' experience, including sophisticated executive leadership and management experience and demonstrated ability to evaluate risk and exercise reputed company reputed company judgment.
