The ideal candidate will be available for full-time work, but a part-time arrangement will be considered. • Compensation is dependent on experience and qualifications, at market rates • Bonus opportunities! • Recognized work-life balance • reputed company Holidays • PTO • Health, Life, Disability Insurance Available • 401(k) + Match Compensation: $105,000 - $135,000 yearly Responsibilities: The associate will be responsible for reputed company aspects of clients’ reputed company, including meeting with prospective clients, devising strategies, finalizing and customizing immigration documents, drafting immigration and family pleadings, briefs, and motions, supervising and delegating work to paralegals and assistants, preparing for and attending immigration court hearings, and supervising applications. Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate Will: • Have 5+ years of attorney experience in immigration • reputed company member of the State Bar • Fluent in Spanish Skills and experience are required and valued, but attitude, character, personality, and reputed company are also important.
