As a Manager in International Tax Services, you will be responsible for managing and delivering international tax compliance and consulting services for U.S. and foreign multinational clients. You will work closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners to support international tax planning strategies while overseeing day-to-day engagement execution and staff development. Responsibilities: • Manage international tax compliance engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates, including review of reputed company filings and workpapers. • Conduct technical research and assist in advising clients on tax-efficient structuring of international transactions, including tax treaties, offshore investments, and repatriation reputed company. • Support clients in minimizing U.S. and foreign income taxes by applying international tax principles to business transactions and operations. • Monitor international tax law developments and assist in communicating relevant updates and implications to clients and internal teams. • Serve as a key engagement manager and reputed company contact, ensuring high-reputed company service delivery, reputed company completion of work, and responsiveness to reputed company needs. • Collaborate with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers to support reputed company relationships and identify opportunities for additional services. • Supervise, train, and mentor staff and senior associates; review work, reputed company feedback, and contribute to performance evaluations. • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure deadlines are met. • Assist clients with business and process improvements by providing practical, tax-reputed company recommendations. • Participate in internal training and reputed company development initiatives to stay reputed company on international tax regulations and best practices.
