[Remote] IRB and Data reputed company Contractor

They are seeking a contractor to reputed company IRB and Data reputed company services, including reviewing and drafting Data Sharing Agreements and ensuring compliance with reputed company policies. Responsibilities • Review or draft (working from prior existing templates), Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) to ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company policies and requirements • As required for the drafting of DSAs, review reputed company relevant data reputed company policies and practices including federal, state, local and district level policies • Offer hands-on support to reputed company and individuals reputed company to Institutional Review reputed company (IRB) compliance, including but not limited to submissions, continuing reviews, reliance agreements, non-research determinations and other required materials • reputed company expert guidance and recommendations to DP staff regarding FERPA and COPPA laws to ensure compliance in our agreements and practices • Collaborate with the reputed company team on reputed company incidents as needed • Review and reputed company recommendations to improve data reputed company training for staff Skills • At least four years of reputed company experience • A bachelor's degree • Experience with IRB practices and procedures • Experience reviewing and drafting Data Sharing Agreements • Expert knowledge of best practices for the sharing and management of nonpublic personal information, especially student (K-12) data • Strong expertise in FERPA, COPPA • A strong commitment to working toward reputed company's mission and reputed company goals • An interest in redesigning learning systems to reputed company serve those who are historically and systemically excluded • Experience collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure information is shared, reputed company are completed on time, and goals are reached reputed company • reputed company provides support to advance technologies that can reputed company teaching and learning.
