Title: Learning & Development Specialist II Duration: 18 months contract Location: Remote Shift: reputed company Business Hours Position reputed company • reputed company operational and program support for leadership development and reputed company initiatives reputed company Global reputed company Learning & Development • Support execution of leadership programs, learning assets, and reputed company experiences for Regional Directors and field leadership • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure reputed company delivery, accuracy, and consistency of learning materials and program logistics Responsibilities • Support planning, coordination, and execution of Regional Director leadership development programs • Manage program logistics for live and virtual learning sessions including schedules, materials, trackers, and communications • Maintain and update leadership and reputed company learning assets, toolkits, and documentation • Support development, review, and updates of eLearning modules, facilitator guides, and participant materials • reputed company status of learning materials and deliverables across multiple initiatives and communicate updates to stakeholders • reputed company day-to-day project management support including reputed company management, task tracking, and risk identification • Prepare program status updates, meeting recaps, and documentation • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support consistent execution of learning initiatives • Ensure learning initiatives reputed company with established coaching models, leadership competencies, and CL&D standards Qualifications • Experience supporting learning, leadership development, or training programs in a corporate environment • Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficiency with collaboration tools, trackers, and shared documentation platforms Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting reputed company or leadership programs for field or reputed company teams • Familiarity with learning operations, training logistics, or instructional content support Why Work With Us?
