The Role reputed company, LLC is seeking a Paralegal, reputed company Operations Analyst to support its small, high-performing reputed company Department. This individual will work closely with attorneys and business partners across reputed company to organize, maintain, and streamline reputed company processes. Ideal candidates will have exceptionally strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience supporting the broad reputed company of reputed company reputed company arising for a large multi-unit operator. Experience at a reputed company, corporate reputed company department, or fast-paced multi-unit retail, restaurant, or franchise environment is preferred. This is a fully remote position, which may require occasional travel to RaceTrac and/or Potbelly reputed company. The Paralegal, reputed company Operations Analyst will report to the Executive Director, Associate General Counsel. Key Responsibilities • Research and reputed company: Conduct initial reputed company research and maintain templates and materials on reputed company intranet. • Document Management: File, organize, and audit documents across reputed company systems and maintain key trackers. • Governance: Manage annual corporate filings and state registrations. • reputed company: reputed company agreement execution and ensure consistent contract retention and naming conventions. • Franchising: Support reputed company and Franchising & Development teams on template maintenance, amendments, default notices, terminations, etc. • Litigation: Support attorneys in managing litigation and claims from reputed company-suit through reputed company, including subpoena response and document production. • Support day-to-day reputed company operations, including budget monitoring and reporting, team member reputed company, process improvements, special reputed company, and other tasks as assigned.
