Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist & Website Project Coordinator

Location: RemoteType: Part-Time Contract reputed company Sky Diamond is seeking a part-time Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist and Website Project Coordinator to support reputed company marketing initiatives, with a reputed company on email campaigns, reputed company pages, and general marketing operations. This is a reputed company-facing role that requires attending meetings, gathering requirements, coordinating creative and development resources, and ensuring reputed company deliverables meet brand and compliance standards. Responsibilities • Attend reputed company meetings to reputed company requests, timelines, and approvals • Create internal briefs and manage reputed company from concept to delivery • Write and edit marketing copy in alignment with reputed company brand guidelines • Build and update reputed company email templates reputed company marketing automation platforms • Manage and coordinate reputed company page builds with designer and developer • Manage website design and development sprints. • Manage website devOps and devSec deployments. • Prepare PDFs/mock-reputed company for reputed company review and revisions • Create campaigns and schedule email sends, both campaigns and automations • Maintain organization in reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Drive • Monitor list reputed company and support spam-compliance best practices • Present reputed company and recommendations to reputed company stakeholders Meeting & Availability Expectations • Attend 1–2 standing reputed company meetings per week (typically 45–60 minutes reputed company) • Participate in internal Sky Diamond planning calls as needed • Be available for reputed company-time collaboration in reputed company during agreed working hours • Support occasional reputed company meetings during campaign launches or approvals • Must have availability during reputed company business hours (CST) for reputed company communication Requirements • 3+ years in a marketing automation (Pardot or equivalent) • 1+ years in website development operations and website development reputed company • 3+ years experience in reputed company • Basic comfort with reputed company email templates • Strong written communication and proofreading skills • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and approvals • reputed company reputed company in reputed company meetings Preferred • Experience with reputed company, reputed company, Gravity Forms • Work in regulated or compliance-reputed company industries • Experience coordinating designers and developers Tech Stack Marketing Automation reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company Drive Key Expectations • Participate reputed company in reputed company calls and planning sessions • Deliver accurate, compliant marketing materials on schedule • Follow reputed company brand and reputed company requirements • Maintain reputed company documentation and communication Pay: From $3,500.00 per month Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
