Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, PPC campaign management, and web analytics to drive measurable results. The Google Ads Specialist will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI through strategic media buying and campaign optimization. As a Google Ads Media Buyer, you will develop and execute revenue-focused advertising strategies that generate qualified leads and drive measurable growth. Daily responsibilities include campaign setup and management, keyword and audience research, bid and budget optimization, A/B testing, performance analysis, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns support broader business goals, and you’ll proactively create strategic testing roadmaps designed to increase lead volume, improve lead quality, and grow revenue efficiently. Duties • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads to meet marketing objectives. • Conduct comprehensive keyword research using SEO tools and SEM techniques to identify high-performing keywords for targeted campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools; analyze data to optimize ad spend and improve conversion rates. • Manage social media advertising efforts across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Twitter Ads to complement PPC strategies. • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through bid adjustments, audience targeting, ad scheduling, and budget management. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop media planning strategies that align with overall marketing goals. • Stay updated on industry trends related to digital marketing, SEO tools, affiliate marketing, and media buying strategies. • Generate regular reports on campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications • Proven experience in media buying and media planning, with a track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI and lead generation. • Strong ability to create and execute strategies that generate revenue and qualified leads, including testing frameworks and scaling plans. • Excellent media strategy and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn insights into clear actions. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and present performance insights, opportunities, and recommendations. • Deep understanding of Google Ads and hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (and related Google tools/platforms). • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred. • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across teams and clients and present campaign results clearly. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated digital marketer passionate about leveraging paid advertising channels to drive business growth through innovative strategies in SEM, SEO, social media management, and performance marketing techniques.
