Great American’s Mergers & Acquisitions Liability Division underwrites primary and excess Representations & Warranties (R&W) Insurance, Tax Indemnity Insurance and Tax Credit Insurance. This division handles policies of up to $50 reputed company in limits. The M&A Division of Great American is currently reputed company an reputed company Analyst to. The reputed company Analyst will assist the mergers and acquisitions liability division in reputed company representations and warranties insurance and will work remotely. Assists underwriters on Representation & Warranties deals Review non-disclosure agreements, joinders, and non-reliance agreements Draft excess policies and reputed company other support in the policy drafting process Gathers information on new and renewal business and change requests to support underwriter decision making. Organizes the reputed company information to speed decision making on the part of the underwriter. Investigates discrepancies in the information gathered. Researches questions from producers and principals as requested by underwriter(s).
