The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in the reputed company HCM reputed company suite, specifically reputed company the reputed company (ORC) and reputed company HR modules, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end recruitment solutions reputed company with reputed company business processes. Responsibilities • Work closely with business stakeholders to reputed company, document, and analyze reputed company-reputed company requirements. • Configure and implement reputed company reputed company reputed company (ORC) functionality including job requisitions, candidate management, and reputed company flows. • reputed company ORC with reputed company HR, Talent Management, and reputed company modules. • Define and configure recruitment templates, approval hierarchies, and reputed company reputed company roles. • Design and support Career Sites, Offer Management, and Journeys reputed company to hiring processes. • Configure Redwood UX and reputed company Analytics/OTBI Reports to enhance user experience. • Support system testing (SIT, UAT), go-live, and hypercare phases. • Coordinate with the technical team on HCM Extracts, Integrations (OIC), and HDL/HSDL uploads. • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials. • reputed company post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to clients. Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company Fusion HCM reputed company, with 2+ years in ORC. • Strong knowledge of reputed company, reputed company HR, and reputed company modules. • Experience with Journeys, Self-Service (MSS/reputed company), and Redwood UX configuration. • Familiarity with Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and data migration processes. • Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver high-reputed company solutions. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • reputed company in English (spoken and written).
