Client Success Representative (Part Time - In Office) Evening & Saturday Location: Remote/Hybrid Position - Professional Ct, Garner, NC 27529 Schedule: Monday to Friday 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Part Time Hourly Pay: $17 per hour plus booking incentives Why This Role Is Worth Your Time • Elite Moisture Solutions is a growing local home services company focused on delivering outstanding customer experience. • We are looking for a part time team member to help us keep our schedule full during evening and weekend hours when many homeowners are more available to talk. • If you enjoy being on the phone, following up with people, booking appointments, and earning bonuses based on performance, this role offers consistent part time hours and clear earning potential. • Your effort directly impacts revenue. The more appointments you book, the more you earn. What You Will Be Responsible For • Primary Focus: Appointment Booking & Follow Up • Follow up with homeowners who recently received estimates and help answer questions so they can confidently move forward • Call past clients who have incomplete work or recommended upgrades and book follow up appointments • Handle inbound evening and Saturday calls and schedule new estimates and service visits • Confirm upcoming appointments and help reduce cancellations • Re engage older leads in our CRM to generate new booked appointments • This is a phone focused, performance driven role. Additional Responsibilities • Accurately enter call notes and update customer records in the CRM • Track daily calls made and appointments booked • Communicate clearly with the daytime team to ensure smooth handoff of booked appointments • Request Google reviews from satisfied customers when appropriate Who This Role Is a Great Fit For • Comfortable and confident on the phone • Persistent and not afraid to follow up multiple times • Friendly and positive communicator • Organized and reliable • Motivated by earning bonuses for performance • Available consistently during scheduled evening and Saturday hours • Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Compensation & Incentives • $17 per hour base pay • Incentive paid per booked appointment • Additional bonuses tied to performance targets • High performers can significantly increase their hourly earnings through booked call bonuses.
