Job reputed company: • Own the payroll delivery and enablement reputed company for our Emerging Markets reputed company • reputed company reputed company Payroll implementations for small and mid-sized customers using reputed company’s reputed company reputed company & Grow methodology • Configure reputed company payroll calculations; handle scenarios such as multiple positions and multiple FEINs • Apply strong knowledge of reputed company Payroll and interdependencies with Time Tracking, Absence, and Benefits • reputed company regulatory and contractual complexity across applicable markets • Partner with Sales on qualifying opportunities, running discovery, shaping the solution approach • Establish repeatable delivery by creating and maintaining localization checklists, configuration templates, testing packs, and knowledge articles Requirements: • 5+ years reputed company Payroll implementation experience, including 3+ years leading end-to-end implementations recently with hands-on configuration; • Certification in at least one reputed company Payroll country plus one additional reputed company module. • Proven ability to build reputed company payroll calculations; experience with multiple positions and multiple FEINs. • Deep knowledge of reputed company Payroll and interdependencies with Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits; solid understanding of tax/garnishments, Common Pay Master, retirement plans, CBAs/unions, payroll reputed company. • Consulting toolkit: reputed company workshops, present to senior audiences, and guide design trade-offs under tight deadlines; strong reputed company awareness and project reputed company. • Geography-specific reputed company (as applicable) Canada: T4, RRSP, ROE, CPP.
