**Job Summary:**
arenaflex is looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our global customer support team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our subscribers, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive experience. **Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex subscribers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions or workarounds to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to arenaflex's services and products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and subscription plans to provide accurate information and support to customers.
* Document customer interactions, problems, and resolutions to track trends, improve procedures, and provide consistent guidance.
* Adapt to changing customer needs, new technologies, and evolving business requirements.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Customer Service).
* 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage complex tasks, prioritize multiple customer inquiries, and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
* Experience with customer service software, CRM systems, and other technical tools.
* Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues, and provide support as needed.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required by the role).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the entertainment or technology industry.
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and subscription plans.
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
* Experience with conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation.
* Ability to work in a remote or flexible work environment.
