This fully remote position involves managing pharmacy orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Spanish language skills are preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities • Manage pharmacy orders reputed company phone, fax, or web. • Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and shipment issues. • Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing teams. • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records. • Communicate professionally with patients and reputed company providers. Requirements • reputed company Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or must obtain before training). • reputed company PTCB or ExCPT certification (must reputed company before interview). • reputed company in FL, IN, IL, or WI. • 2 to 4 years of customer service, supply chain, or reputed company center experience (U.S.-based). • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. • English proficiency written and spoken required. • Spanish proficiency preferred.
